12 pieces of 680gr jar Paliria Vine leaves in brine
200 gr. rice for risotto
3 tbsp olive oil
1 small dry onion finely chopped
3 spring onions, finely chopped
1 shot of dry white wine
700 ml. warm vegetable broth
½ bunch of dill, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chopped spearmint
2 tbsp olive oil for the thickening
