The ingredients for the Paliria Greek Island Fava balls are

1 pack of 280g Paliria Greek Island Fava

2 spring onions, finely chopped

1 small onion

Juice from 1 lemon

2 tbsp grated rusk

2 tbsp flour

4 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 tbsp chopped capers

Salt & pepper

Seed oil for frying

For the recipe of the Paliria Greek Island Fava balls, follow these steps

We put all the ingredients for the balls in the mixer and mash until we achieve a firm texture, which we can shape into balls.

Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about 15 minutes.

Heat the seed oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat, form balls the size of a large walnut and press them to flatten a little.

Fry the balls for 3 minutes on each side, drain on kitchen paper to remove the amount of oil they have retained and serve.
