The ingredients for the Paliria Dolmas with sardines are

1 package of 280g Paliria Dolmas, stuffed vine leaves with rice & herbs

12 sardines

1 tbsp oregano

2 tablespoons olive oil

Juice from 1 lemon

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped

Salt & pepper

For the recipe of the Paliria Dolmas with sardines, follow these steps

Clean the sardines from the head and guts under running water.

Carefully remove the bone and put them in a strainer.

Mix the lemon with the olive oil, salt, pepper and oregano.

Place the sardines in a pan with non-stick paper and pour over the olive oil mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Serve the sardines with the dolmas, adding freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.
EXTRA TIPS
We can add some cherry tomatoes cut in half for color and freshness to our dish!
