Orzo with shrimps is one of the most popular dishes of modern Greek cuisine. Paliria Orzo with Shrimps is the seafood variation of Giouvetsi, with the only difference being that the orzo is cooked in tomato sauce, until it becomes creamy, just like risotto is made. As for the delicious tomato sauce, it acquires its unique flavor from the shrimps, ouzo, extra virgin olive oil and herbs, flooding senses with the aroma of the sea. The best thing of all is that you only have to enjoy it, without doing much anything else!
