1 jar of 680g Paliria Red Roasted Peppers in brine

2 spring onions, finely chopped

1 clove of garlic

1 tablespoon of vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tbsp grated rusk

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp parsley

1 tbsp spearmint

Salt and pepper

Seed oil for frying
