RATE THE RECIPE
The ingredients for the Cod with Paliria Chickpeas are

400 g cod without head & tail

1 package of 280g Paliria Greek Island chickpeas

1 medium onion finely chopped

1 shot of dry white wine

2 diced potatoes

250 g canned tomatoes

300 ml. vegetable broth

1 bay leaf

4 tablespoons of olive oil

Juice from 1 lemon

Salt & pepper

For the recipe of the Cod with Paliria Chickpeas, follow these steps

In a frying pan add the olive oil together with the onion and sauté for 2 minutes, until glossy. Then deglaze the pan with the wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add the tomatoes, potatoes, salt, pepper, bay leaf and a pinch of sugar and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Then, add the cod, let it boil for another 10 minutes, add the chickpeas and stir gently. Sprinkle with a little dill, add the lemon juice and serve.
