1 package of 280g Paliria Dolmas, stuffed vine leaves with rice & herbs or Paliria quinoa dolmas

200 g tahini (classic flavor)

Juice from 1 lemon

1 tablespoon of olive oil

3 tbsp ice water

In a mixer, add all the ingredients together and homogenize until you get a soft cream.

If our cream comes out thick, we can add a little water and mix again.
