The ingredients for the Potato salad with Paliria red roasted peppers are

1 package 680 g. Paliria Red Roasted Peppers in brine cut into small slices

1 kilo potatoes with skin (small)

10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half

12 olives “Kalamon”

3 spring onions, finely chopped

½ bunch of dill, finely chopped

Juice from 1 lemon

1 tablespoon of vinegar

Salt & pepper

Wash the potatoes well and boil them in salted water until soft.

We pierce them with a fork to understand when they are cooked and therefore quite soft.

Cut the potatoes into quarters and mix them with all the other ingredients. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes and serve.
